Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and must be in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you that the item has been received. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and transferred according to the agreed payment methods within a certain period of time.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one or request a refund, the product will be inspected first. After the inspection, the refunded amount will be sent to the customer.

Shipping returns
To return a product, we can send a representative to collect it from you.
The customer bears the shipping cost for returns unless the return is due to a store error or a product defect.
